This is happening to me and it's driving me crazy, it is for 21/22. I can confirm the following is happening
Scenario 3: ETPs are $0.00 in the YTD verification report but correct in the Summary of Payments report. (This is something our teams are working on)
Our Help Article, Wrong ETP values in STP reports, has detailed information on this issue.
If the above help article doesn't resolve your issue and If your employee's Summary of Payment Report is correct, but the verification report is not, you can still finalise the employee and submit it to the ATO. Please also Start a new post with the below information so that we can pass on your details to the team who are working on this to get resolved:
