Thank you for reaching out. 

I notice you are selecting the 2021/22 payroll year, were you finalising a previous payroll year?

If so, did you have STP set up in that year?

i remember I did set up the STP for 2021/2022,but what if I didn't set up STP,how can I finalising my payrolls?

Hi @KimKwok,

If you open the 'Reports' tab in STP > choose the 2021/22 payroll year from the dropdown > are your reports in this window reflecting as 'Accepted' by the ATO?
