When STP starts 1 July 2018.  Will you be able to import an excel or csv file into payroll rather than entering the payroll information ie worked hours, annual leave

Single Touch payroll will be available for clients on the AccountRight 2018.2 product. If you are using AccountRight Classic i.e. v19, we do recommend upgrading to AccountRight 2018.2 to take advantage of the benefits of that product. Our Help Article: Upgrade to the new AccountRight will be able to go through the process of upgrading. Note: If you are currently using multi-currency, multi-location or negative inventory and M-Powered payments you would be unable to move to the AccountRight 2018 range at this time and as such you have been granted an STP reporting deferral until 31 May 2019.

In terms of the Single Touch Payroll process, pay information processed through Payroll>>Process Payroll will be reported through to the ATO. More information in regards to Single Touch Payroll will be made available closer to its release.
