Single Touch Payroll Reports Rejecting

I have been lodging one touch payroll and it has been rejecting. I contacted the ATO and they have now fixed the problem. I lodged my payroll this week and it worked fine. How do i relodge all the previous payrolls that were rejected. I had read that when I lodge next time this would relodge all the previous pays. This has not happened.

Afterbeing on hold with MYOB support for 2 hours I have given up on them. Can anyone help.

Re: Single Touch Payroll Reports Rejecting

Hi @Conno

Sorry to hear you've been waiting long to reach us today.

Each pay run recorded in AccountRight need to be reported individually, reporting the current pay run does not automatically report the previous ones.

However, with Single Touch Payroll reporting ATO only tracks the total year-to-date figures from the last pay event reported. It means if your last event has the correct YTD figures, ATO will have the correct information. There is no need to lodge previous pays again.

I'd suggest taking a look of the 'What's sent to the ATO?' video on this Help page for more insights - View Single Touch Payroll reports.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Clover
