Single Touch Payroll (STP) & M Powered Payments

I am using Accounts Right Plus v 19.4 because of the M powered payments, as this feature works very well for us & our needs. Has MYOB made a decision when M powered payments will be incorporated into Accounts Right? The reason I am asking is because of upcoming STP, as we are required to report from 1.7.2018. Will the STP be added to Accounts Right Plus? I note, that I saw your notice that if we use M powered payments, we would be granted an extension to May 2019 to start reporting. So does this mean that MYOB will incorporate M powered payments into Accounts Right by May 2019? We would be happy to wait until then.

To my knowledge, we are still investigating our options into M-Powered Payments with the AccountRight 201x range, this is to include it in its current state or another variation of it. As such we are extending the STP deferral to clients using that service while we are still investigating options as they are not able to migrate to AccountRight 2017 to meet their current reporting obligations.

Just attend a seminar 14/3/18 and was advised that MYOB clients who are unable to move to an STP because they are currently using multi-currency, negative inventory, multi-location inventory, M-Powered Payment or ODBC, have been granted by ATO an STP reporting deferral until 31 May 2019.    Check with ATO to confirm.
