Hi @Elizabeth02,
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.
The features that will prevent you from upgrading to AccountRight LIVE are:
Any Clients using AccountRight Plus V19 will not have any features that will prevent them from upgrading to AccountRight LIVE.
If you use a 3rd party addon that integrates to your classic MYOB software, it would be best to contact your Software Developer and see if they are compatible with the latest version of AccountRight. @Kym__Yeoward has posted some great information in regards to this on another thread found here: Single Touch Payroll (STP) (click here)
You can also take a copy of your current file and attempt to upgrade it into the latest software to see if this file can be upgraded. To do this, you will want to download the latest version and then upgrade your company file without putting it online. See our help articles below for these processes:

tHi @Elizabeth02 - Welcome to the Community Forum !
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requires all employers to count their staff (full-time, part-time & casual) on 1 April.
Those with 20 or more staff are required to move to an STP-enabled accounting system by 1 July 2019.
Those with fewer staff have another 12 months until 1 July 2019 and those with special technical needs (e.g. multi-currency) have until 31 May 2019.
See MYOB.com\STP for more info.
I would recommend that you upgrade to AccountRight 2018.1 now.
Like version 2017.2, it has a new facility to help you plan for the move to an STP-enabled payroll.
In particular, a way to match your Pay Categories with the fields for the new STP Categories
- plus some new tools that speed-up checking employee addresses and tax file numbers.
Matching the pay categories now will save time later, particularly if you have many.
MYOB are currently beta testing the final stage of the STP development, with a panel of users.
This will have an STP-to-ATO lodgement capability, similar to the new BAS/IAS module launched last year.
The module will be included in an update coming-out by May - e.g. as version 2018.2
