Single Touch Payroll (STP)

Hi Support,

One of our client is labor hire agency and they have staff coming in and going out week on week basis. I had some issues on STP and all payruns from February to April 2019 have been rejected upon ATO submission.

I know STP picks up YTD figures from the next pay. But my concern is there might be number of employees in past 3 months (where STP is rejected) who would not appear in current or future payruns. How do I report their YTD figures to ATO as MYOB doesn't have the feature of resubmitting rejected STP like other smart softwares (Xero, Quickbooks etc).

Looking forward to hear from you.

Re: Single Touch Payroll (STP)

if the employee card is still set as active, they'll be included in your pay events.

if they're deactivated, you would need to set them to active again and then send a pay event. could be a $0 paycheque just to send the updated info for those employees.
