When trying to send STP details to the ATO, I'm getting the "You need an MYOB account to continue....sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company........." error message. Can someone please advise or help?
that error normally means your email is not set up as an admin/owner on myob's end. myob support can change that if they can verify you are the owner of the account.
if you're not, you'll need to get someone else to set you up in my.myob.
