Hi, I have been using STP since July 1. For some reason today after completing the payroll and going to lodge with ATO I received the following message:
You need an MYOB account to continue
Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123
I am the only one who processes the payroll and lodges. No-one else uses the system. What has happened?
I am getting the same error this evening when trying to access the Payroll Reporting Centre, was OK this morning when I did the pays. Guessing it a temporary issue with MYOB
