Unable to connect to ATO-STP

STP help please

I use our company file offline.

In the payroll reporting window I have completed step 1 successfully.

Now I am trying to connect to ATO in step 2.

I put in my email address and receive the authentication code through my email, but when I enter the code this message appears

You need a MYOB account to continue

Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123.

I have rung the support centre and check the details are correct but still receive the same message every time.

I do have access.

I do have a my myob account.

There is no one else in the business to ask.

What do I need to do to connect?

Goodmorning @Kburk78,

 

Thanks for allowing us to help you with this.

 

I have checked things from our end and it appears that your forum email address does not have access.

You will need to use Casey's email address to connect with the ATO.

 

Give this a go and let me know if it works for you.

Casey is no longer working for us so I am unable to use her email.

How do I change it to my email address?

Changing the ownership at your end has fixed my problem.
