Unable to connect to ATO for STP

Hi,

 

   I have been able to connect for payroll reporting previously but in the last week or so have been receiving this error: 

 

You need an MYOB account to continue

Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123.

 

Could you please advise on how to rectify this.

Hi Rearden

Been having the exact same issue.  Ref here for the reply so far - Trouble with payroll reporting

Maybe you should try messaging Em_P to see if she can look into your issue too.
