Unable to connect to ATO

When I tried to connect with ATO it says Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123.

I have rung the support centre but it took ages...

I do have a my myob account.

Can you please help?

Welcome to the community forum, I hope you find lots of useful information here.

 

I have taken a look at your account and can see that yesterday you were able to list yourself as owner on the account. Can I please confirm that this is now resolved for you? If so, I kindly ask that you click the "Accept As Solution" button to help other users find this information.

Thanks for your reply. Yes it is solved after I spoke to one staff from MYOB yesterday over the phone. I have clicked that 'Accept As Solution'.

 
Can I please check for me the other Issue I had yesterday after I tried to report to ATO as it was rejected. The reason why it seems like I haven't notified ATO I would use MYOB to report but I did. Do you think how this can be resolved?

Hey @kevinshi1979,

 

Are you able to provide a screen shot or more? The issue you are having is just that a payroll has been rejected by the ATO. Is that correct?

 

I would recommend taking a look at this help article- Fix Rejected Reports in STP.
