Unable to use STP - request to have seperate subscription for each company file

I just log in and check that we do have activie MYOB subscription.

However, we are unable to use STP function & receive the below message.

We can use those files without problems yestearday.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked our record and see that there are multiple files. Could you send me a private message with the serial number you are getting that error message. I would be happy to check that for you.
