However the employee is a company, so surname is not applicable. The validation should check the employee designation field and only check surname if the designation is 'Individual'.

Hi @greenworx

I have checked with the team on this, and they have definitely changed this behaviour in the next software release for STP and it will count the Business Name as the Last Name in the verification check and won't present an error for you.

At this time, you can ignore this particular error in your set up as it won't present this for Company Type Employee Cards.
