eofy finalisation

Hi, I don't seem to be able to finalise and notify the ato in STP. I comes up with the following message:

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: ee8c31c6-21a4-4824-9f31-cfedcec3456f.
 
I really dont know why. Please help

EOFY Finalising

Hi, I'm trying to EOFY finalise through STP, but all employees are getting rejected with the following message:

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: ee8c31c6-21a4-4824-9f31-cfedcec3456f.
 
Super frustrating as I have no idea why. Please help

Thanks for your post. So I can take a look into this for you can you please provide a screenshot of the window you're in when you get this error message, also can you please confirm which product of ours you're using.

Hi Melisa,

 

I am experiencing the same problem.  I have tried multiple times to finalise and notify the ATO, without success - see the above screen shot.

 

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks for your post. If you are reporting on a entered Reportable Fringe Benefit Amount (RBFA) figure and are receiving this error this is something that has been raised with our teams who are currently investigating, if this is the case can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can pass this on to the team:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Screenshot of full window you're in 
  • List of employees names

Me too.

Contact centre doesn't know what to do with it. They keep putting me on hold and then I get hung up on so don't call them, they don't have the answer.

I'd love to give you my details to help your detectives figure this error out but the PM link it's working.

I can tell you I got as far as trying it all in Chrome Incognito and that didn't make any differene.
