Hi ,I am trying to pay quarerlu superannuation from the MYOB AR and normally I dont have any problem when doing the stp I am in the roll of admin and account in the company the system did not axcept my username email and password and just an error show up that I am not authorized person.would you please investigate and help me through.

Hi Melissa,

 

I received your message about your interets to help me,The problem is I have full access and I am bookkeeper admin and sending payroll by STP without any problem to ATO already put my name in Authorisation part but when I tried to process superannuation but the system prompted me with error message indicated that I am not the authorised person would you please chek that for me.

Second problem is:I can not send direct print to my printer through MYOb while with other program printer communicate perferctly.

Hi @Mary10

 

When paying super, you need to be set up as an authoriser. Looking at our records the email address provided is not set up as a user for pay super. The primary contact on the account will need to set you up, information on how to set you up can be found on this following help article Changing your Pay Super payment details

 

In regards to your printing issue, can you please confirm the following:

  • Do you get any error messages ?
  • Are you able to clarify if AccountRight completes the print process but the printer doesn't print the information ? 
  • Can you print to PDF fine ?
