I can see that you have had an enquiry relating to a recent webinar that you did purchase and that fact that you haven't received the relevant information.

 

We do take a little bit of time to prepare the login information and get that webinar information sent out to users once payment has been made. I can see from your account that the information was sent to yourself shortly after your post on this forum.
