We’ve cut out the middle man with our latest update to the In tray. Before, you could only forward your bills to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and they would appear in your MYOB account.
However, we only accepted bills sent from an MYOB registered email addresses. This meant that your suppliers would have to send bills to your personal email address, and then you would have to forward them to your In tray. It was a bit of a pain, so we decided to dive in and figure out a better, quicker alternative.
What we came up with is a unique and secure email address generated specifically for your business. It allows anyone you share it with to send bills directly to your In tray, giving you more flexibility and saving you time.
This unique email address makes it easier to send bills to you In tray.
There are just a few things to keep in mind when emailing documents to your In tray:
The email cannot contain more than 10MB of data
Only the following file formats can be added to your In Tray: .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIFF, .TIF, and .PNG
ZIP files are not accepted
Forwarding rules don’t work with some email servers.
Find your unique email address at the bottom of your In tray and start sharing it with your suppliers!
