Looking for Essentials information? Check out our post on this here: Printing and Sending your Payment Summaries

AccountRight Live (2016.2 and above):

In the Prepare Payment Summaries window, when on Step 7, Review the Payment Summaries, you will be able to click Print/Email Payment Summaries:

5. By default, all employees are ticked for you to click Send Email.

Not seeing your Employee's Email Address? The Email Address comes from the Payslip Email in their Payroll Details. Simply click onto each line and enter your Employee's Email Addresses and you'll be asked to add it to their Cards for next time.

Pro Tip: Save time with entering the same Subject and Body by clicking the Email Defaults button in the top left and enter it there. When clicking "OK" it'll be the default values sent out.

AccountRight Classic, AccountEdge & AccountRight 2016.1 and below:

As these products don't come with the Email Feature we will need to save the Payment Summary PDF's and manually attach them to emails that we send to our Employee's.

Here are the steps involved:

1. Go to: Payroll > Print Payment Summaries.

2. Set up the Payment Summaries until the step: Review Payment Summaries.

3. Click Save Payment Summaries:

4. Save the PDF's somewhere on your computer that you can go to easily:
