Overview of Live Services

Hi Everyone,

 

The new AccountRight allows for users to activate Live Services, which are services design to aid and assist with the managing of your business and workflow.  This particular post will go through the Live Services currently available and how to activate those services :

 

  • Cloud Access - With the new AccountRight it allows for the user to store and access their company file in the cloud. This will allow you to collaborate with accountants and other users. You can upload your company file to the cloud via File>>Go Online (Upload this File).

  • Bank feeds - Bank feeds allow you to receive transactions directly from the bank for easier reconciliations. 

  • In Tray - When your company file is stored in the cloud you can upload your supplier invoices to your AccountRight Bills where the system will identify key information in each document, speeding up transaction entry by pre-filling information for you.

  • Pay Superannuation - Our SuperStream compliance offering, allowing you to directly meet your SuperStream obligations and paying your employee’s superannuation. You also might want to take a look at the Business Gurus post: Managing Superannuation obligations with MYOB Pay Superannuation
  • Payroll Reporting (Single Touch Payroll – STP) - The new AccountRight has got you covered with the ability to prepare and report your payroll payments to the ATO.

  • Online Invoicing - If your company file is stored in the cloud you can let AccountRight do the emailing for you, no need to rely on a desktop email software like Microsoft Outlook.

  • Online payments – Enable your customers to your invoices directly using Credit Card or BPay

  • Mobile Integration - MYOB Invoices is a mobile-based app that allows users to use their mobile to manage contacts, record quotes and invoices

 

Key Additional information
Certain functions such as; In Tray, integration with MYOB Invoices (app), Online emailing and Online payments are solely online functions and not available if you do use your company file locally. Bank feeds, Pay Superannuation and Payroll reporting can be used in a locally stored file, although an Internet connection is required.

 

Each AccountRight Subscription will offer the use of live services with 1 company file (AccountRight Premier offers 2 company files), additional company files required with live services will incur an additional subscription cost.

 

Bank feeds has a fair use policy, transactions above the threshold of your product will incur an extra charge.

 

Online Payments will incur an additional fee for usage.
