Hi Everyone,
There were changes made to our Security Protocols on our API's including the API RetailManager uses to connect to AccountRight. In order to continue using the API you will need to install a patch to RetailManager to use the latest Security Protocols.
You can download the latest Patch from here: RetailManager TLS update
Without the patch you may find you get the error: Error occurred loading CDF list in frmSelectCDF:LoadCdfList
If you continue to encounter issues after installing the latest patch, please let us know by Starting a new Post and the next available Moderator will respond as soon as we can.
