Hi Everyone
For each AccountRight v19 file that your wanting to upgrade and store online, you will need to have a support agreement. Unlike AccountRight v19, AccountRight 201X uses live services on each individual file. This requires one subscription for each file using the live services.
So, if you wanted four files online that does mean you would need 4 subscriptions. That said we do offer discounts on additional subscriptions*

Clients who have purchased their software outright, either from MYOB or another retailer, don’t need to have one subscription per file if the files are going to remain local on their computer. If your going to store the files online or take advantage of any of the other live services however, you will need one subscription per file.
If you pay a monthly fee for the use of your company file but didn’t purchase it outright then you already have a support agreement associated with that file. This will allow you to store that file online at no extra cost, or take advantage of any of the other AccountRight live services
