Hi Everyone

I would like to take a moment to cover the current releases of the MYOB Retail Products as well as some important key points about each program.

RetailManager is a locally installed POS program, which is capable of having multiple tills connected to the same file.

Latest Version: 12.5

Supported Operating Systems:

• Windows 8.1
• Windows 7
• Windows XP

Supported MYOB Accounting releases:

• AccountRight 2018 and later
• AccountRight v19 and later
• MYOB Accounting v15 and later
• AccountEdge Pro/NE v12 and later

Please note: Although it is not officially supported on Windows 10, we have had a number of users who have reported that they are successfully running RetailManager v12.5 on Windows 10.

RetailBasics, like RetailManager is a locally installed program, with the most recent release being RetailBasics 3.3. Unlike MYOB RetailManager, RetailBasics is designed to be run only on a single till. It’s not possible to run RetailBasics on multiple computers that link back to the same data file.

Supported MYOB Accounting releases:

• AccountRight V19 and later
• MYOB Accounting v15 and later

Unlike RetailManager and RetailBasics, MYOB Kounta is a web based POS program, which means that you can use different devices, such as both Mac and Windows computers as well as Smart devices such as Tablets.

As it is a web based product, it can work on any Operating System with an up to date web browser or using the Mobile App from the Google Play or Apple App Store
