Annual Leave (fixed hours)

What is "Annual Leave (fixed Hours) ?


I have a few salary employees who I need to change there annual leave to a set number of days pa, not accrual each week


Do I set these up in Annual Leave (fixed Hours)


or is there another way, one of the other categories?


I cant see in the Annual Leave (fixed Hours) where I can manually enter the amounts (fixed amount of days) I need to as each employee will be different amount of days as per their agreement


Will I need to set one up for each employee, or can this payroll category be used for all of them and manually entered for each?
