Cancellation of additional subscription

I have been trying to cancel a subscription for 1 additional live file on my main subscription - I have called and received a CASE ID on 29.03.23.  Not only has this not been cancelled but I am now being charged for 2 full subscriptions.  I need to be contacted by someone asap to sort this out
