We've heard your feedback and we're investing heavily in our digital support so you can get the answers you need faster and more conveniently.
We're committed to improving your MYOB experience and have made some changes to how you access support for Billing and Account Management.
From 22 May 2023, you'll be able to make changes to your Billing and Account Management, without the need to call MYOB.
What does this mean?
No more waiting on the phone. Now you can get support for Billing and Account Management in these ways: ·
My Account is available for all customers across Australia and New Zealand.

We've improved our online services to make it easier to manage your MYOB account and get help when you need it. From 22 May, phone support for billing and account management enquiries will end. So next time you need help with your MYOB account, you can do this online.

If you need help, visit our billing hub for step-by-step guides for managing your MYOB subscription or understanding your MYOB bill. You can also ask a question in our Community Forum.
If you can’t find the answer you need, send a support request from My Account or live chat with us from the contact page.
