Complaint

I have been on the phone for hours only to be flogged off

 

Ring 30min+ wait to get through

First time the assistant seggested she would send a link to resolve my query - it didnt

 

Back on the phone

Another 30min +

This time, nice guy listen to my query, went away for a minute to get feedback. Came back and said he would put me through to a technician. Into another queue  - This time over an hour wait... still waiting

 

Also thinking - this is a pretty usless place to get resolution: (

I called 3 times , each time over an hour and problem was not solved.
