Connection issues 11/6/2019 - Resolved

Hi Everyone

 

Current Status: Resolved as of 12:10pm AEST

 

We are aware some users are experiencing issues when trying to connect to our online products.

 

Impacted products and services:

 

  • my.MYOB and services that rely on my.MYOB
  • AccountRight Online files
  • MYOB Essentials
  • STP lodgement

Our team are currently investigating this and are doing everything they can to get this resolved as soon as possible.

The underlying issue causing these errors has now been resolved and clients should now be able to access their online files without receiving the errors
