Electronic payments account not showing in prepare electronic Payments

Can I no longer send .ABA files from the traditional Myob ? Only from the Web browser ?

Thanks for your post. You can still process electronic payments and create ABA files from the desktop version of AccountRight. If you're having problems with this can you provide screenshots and more information so that I can look into this for you.

dispite the set up it doesnt appear in the electronic payments - however it oes on the WEB based system

Your screenshots have been removed as they contained your bank account details. Please make sure screenshots don't contain sensitive information.

 

Can you please clarify what doesn't appear in the electronic payments? When it comes to the Accounts List, the accounts are the same in both versions. If you change account information in the desktop version it changes immediately in the browser version and if you change it in the browser it changes in the desktop. As such the accounts should be the same in both versions.

 

Or do you mean the transactions aren't showing in the Prepare Electronic Payments window? Please do provide detailed information and I'll be happy to help.
