Email Mail Merge from MYOB

We want to send an email out to all of our customers in our MYOB data base?  Does anyone know how this can be done please.

AccountRight doesn't allow for a mail merge email situation. You could look at running the Personalised letters function, which will generate a Microsoft Word document. 


The other way you could do is use AccountRight to generate a list of your email address and then use that to compose your email message with. This can be done by exporting out your customer cards through the File>>Import/Export Data Assistant>>Export Data>>Cards- Customers before selecting the relevant fields you wish to export i.e. email. Our Help Article: Exporting data would be able to assist with that process.
