Email issue - Hotmail

Good Afternoon

 

We have employees who can't receive any payslips as it keeps rejecting their hotmail email addresses from MYOB.

 

1. - We are using the Online Emailing Service from AccountRight

2. Error code - 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.
Subject:  - Pay Advice
Destination: XXXXXXXX@hotmail.com
Sent: October 14th 2020, 3:00:44 pm
Message: Please find attached your pay advice.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries. 
Regards 
Diagnostic-Code: rejected

3. This issue has only started in the last 4 weeks. The emails were working from MYOB ot the employees but just started to be rejected.

4. It is only a issue from MYOB as we can email from outlook to these employees

 

Could you please assist with this issue?

Thank you for your email.

 

When an email is rejected it generally means either our email server is rejecting the request, as the email address is on a Blacklist, or the recipient's mail options has determined apps.myob.com is not a safe send. 

 

To check if the email s blacklisted at our end, can I please ask you to send me a private message with the email address so that I can check for you?
