Emails to MYOB are not be answered nor are the phones to the Partners area

I have been trying to purchase a new data file for a client, I have emailed my partner manager several times, and have today spent 2 hours being transferred from one area to the next and waiting in a cue only to have it drop out or hang up or their system wont work and they transfer me onto someone else.

 

I need someone  from partners division to answer my emails or pick up the phone and ring me, you have all of my contact details so there is no excuse not to do this and set me up with a new data file.
