Error 12029 for MYOB v18

Morning,

Now locked out of MYOB v18. Not the first time to occur. I posted yesterday for any moderators assistance.

I have been using this version for some years. Help today would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

Thank you for your post. Online confirmation can be impacted by setting on your computer. If you are on the older Operating System and/or running an older version, then we do recommend reviewing the settings on your computer - the TLS settings. Check out what happens when confirmation isn't working.

Should you still unable to confirm then do send me a Private Message on this Forum with the following information:

 

  • The serial number of the product - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company ID
  • The version of the software
  • The company file code
