Error 12029

I have received the message about confirming my file as it is an old version. I was on hold to MYOB for half an hour and would like to know if there is another way to verify my file?

Hi @Fastheat 

Thanks for posting. 

If you're using an older version of AccountRight that asks for a confirmation code you could open this link, input your serial number and company file code and this will generate your confirmation code. 

 

If you are using an updated version of AccountRight that asks for a license file or you are having issue opening the link for confirmation. Please send me a private message containing your

  • Serial number
  • Full name and email address
  • Company name
  • Company File Code / MYOB Version
