Essentials Payroll subscription payment not processed

Hi,

 

Our MYOB Payroll subscription has been suspended. For some reason the credit card payment failed. I have updated the payment details with a new credit card but the payment is not being processed. I don't have access to the Billing section of My Account so can't make payment through there. Any ideas please, as I need to process a payrun next week.
