Extremely poor standard of service MYOB!

I have spent almost 6hrs, yesterday 2.5hrs on the phone and today 3.5 on live chat, attempting to get a resolution to the access problem to my company file and I am still no closer. I have explained the same thing to 3 people, 1 left  me hanging.... I am unable to utilise my accounting files and I am unable to spend further time tomorrow as I have a business to attend to.... The repetition to clarify the time between responses and the overall time I have been required to spend away from my business is completely unsatisfactory. An invoice for time spent trying to get this sorted will be forthcoming

Will never recommend MYOB to anyone...

I agree with you.  Not good enough to be left hanging.   My issue was not resolved by the support person who kept putting me on hold.   In the end I had to finish my call as I had things to attend to.   Luckily, I ended up contacting a MYOB specialist in my area and my question was answered within a few minutes.   Not good enough.   Support also needs to come from your country of origin, in my case, the payroll/public holiday regulations are obviously different for the coutry you are operating in...  I was very dissapointed with the lack of  statisfactory support.

I have been advised that the issue is being attended to however I will need to wait ANOTHER 3-5 business days!! Absolutely poor poor service... I need access to be able to do my ATO obligations!!! I will definitely be looking at alternatives after this fiasco. As if being self employed in the current environment is not distressing enough, then this happens... Thanks for having our back!! NOT!

I will be back in touch should the promised 3-5 days expire without resolution

@LianeW I totally understand your concern and I apologize for having this experience.

 

You mentioned that you need access, right? Is it access to your file?

Can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial Number
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email address
