Impossible to get an issue resolved

I have an issue with setting up super payments in MYOB  to be paid direct  with three employees having SMSF. I cannot allocate  the ABN's for these funds as it is greyed out on the screen. I have rang MYOB twice and sat on hold for over an hour the first time and when I rang the second time they said 1 hour wait which I couldn't do. I have tried Live chat and they said to ring.

Has anyone else got a solution to this problem???

I'm sorry to hear about this, so I can take a look into this for you can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Product serial number 
  • Confirmation of the SMSF ABN and USI 
  • Screenshot of how they appear greyed out
