MYOB practice set unable to open

I am using AccountRight Plus V19.12 and am suddenly unable to open the company file from the open tab.

 

The problem is when I try to open the company file in the USB, it says, 'Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set. Press OK when ready or Cancel to abort' and I have no idea how to solve this problem.

 

I would be happy if you reply ASAP because I am running out of time to finish it.

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

 

When opening a company file or a back up you received an error message that says, "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set. Press OK when ready or Cancel to abort". This happens when your company file or the back up is saved on the USB. I would highly recommend to copy and paste the file from the USB to your desktop and try to restore again. After doing that, you should be able to open the file. Also make sure that you are using the updated version of AccountRight.
