Parallels MYOB

Hi 

 

I have a hung window - closing and restarting isn't solving my problem as the same window reappears when I re-open.  I am seeing a few icons that are either new or I haven't noticed before, which is 'view all activity' or 'view online invoice'.  Calling MYOB has typically not helped - operator told me that to try again in a few hours.  This was last night and the problem isn't resolved.  

 

Any ideas?
