Paying Unpaid MYOB Subscription Invoices in my.MYOB

Hi Everyone,

 

In case you have missed an Invoice Payment and your services are deactivated, you can always pay the Unpaid Invoices in your my.MYOB portal. Here's how:

 

1. Log into my.MYOB: Australia | New Zealand

2. Go to: My Account > Invoices

3. You can see an Unpaid Invoices tab, click on this to reveal the unpaid Invoice.

4. Click "Pay" in order to pay the Invoice:

Once paid, we suggest waiting up to 10 minutes before all services become active again.

 

If you are continuing to experience problems accessing the services or you are unable to access my.MYOB, feel free to Start a new Post and let us know and the next available Moderator will reach out to assist.
