Hi there support, For some reason my private messaging has been deactivated so I cant communicate with MYOB community? Can you advise why this has occurred?

Private messages are a function of this Forum typically used by the MYOB Moderator team to get additional information that may be of a sensitive nature to help resolve a user's query. If a query is deemed to require access an MYOB Moderator will enable that functionality.
We did restrict private message access to protect our Forum users from unsolicited/spam private messages. Having said that, I have enabled the private message function for you.
