RESOLVED: AccountRight Live emails delayed - 02/05/2019

Hi everyone,
 
In the interest of making it easy to get to the relevant information and for our users to be able to subscribe to a clean thread with only status updates, I'm creating this fresh thread with a summary of where things are at the moment:
 
Restored services (noting that these will still have brief/periodic instability today we keep working on things): 

Product access 
Activation/confirmation
New bankfeeds applications
Services with degraded performance:

Emailing - emails are sending, but are being delayed. We've applied more resources to try and get the backlog cleared, but there are still delays with emails reaching recipients. 
Services currently unavilable or intermittently available:

my.MYOB and services linked to my.MYOB (intermittently available, most users are getting back in after trying again in about 15 minutes)
PaySuper, new registrations 

New Zealand Shopping Cart unable to process payments
Bankfeed latency causing intermittent time out errors

Quick update on these impacted services:

 

Restored services 

  • my.MYOB and services linked to my.MYOB 
  • New Zealand Shopping Cart unable to process payments
  • PaySuper, new registrations 
  • Product access 
  • Activation/confirmation
  • New bankfeeds applications

 

Services with degraded performance:

  • Emailing - emails are sending, but are being delayed. We've applied more resources to try and get the backlog cleared, but there are still delays with emails reaching recipients. 
  • Bankfeed latency causing intermittent time out errors
