RESOLVED: Unable to access activation and confirmation (v19) and some other services - 07/07/2019

Hi everyone,

 

Sorry about the delayed post. 

 

We're aware of an issue preventing clients from accessing the following services:

 

  • Activation and Confirmation of v19 (classic versions)
  • my.MYOB
  • STP reporting (Payroll Reporting Centre)
  • Upgrading to AccountRight Live
  • Cashbooks
  • AcePayroll
Our best team is working on having all services restored as quick as possible.
