Reinstating cancelled bank feed

In June my bank account feed to Account Right was accidentally cancelled.  I am trying to reinstate it.  MYOB bank feed will not allow me to.  When directed to the bank, the bank states it is active.  

I can find no information to assist and no telephone numbers to call for assistance.   Anyone any ideas?
