SUPPORT??

After paying for our new support subscription for next year we discovered we had a license removed in error. I phoned MYOB and spoke to 2 people who have confirmed I paid for 5 not 4 and they would put me to a tech specialist who would reinstate the other license. I have now been on hold for 1 hr 18 min and 4 secs. Is this the support

It's great to hear that you have managed to sort your enquiry out with the support team and you have access to the correct user licenses on your company file. Just to confirm , I took a look at your account and we are now showing you being licensed to 5 company files as intended.
