Telephone Support

I have just read that phone support from MYOB will no longer be available.  I spent 3 hours on the phone today with your staff fixing a problem.  If the phone support does not exist how do we log a call for help?  If we use your MYOB partners is this an additional fee?  Please advise at your earliest.

The billing team is not offering phone support as they prefer to communicate thru chat. But we still have phone support available incase you'll be having issues with your software. Contact Us
