Terminated subscription

I would like to know the process for submitting a complaint. I had called to terminate the Subscriptions from Feb 2021 on 22/12/2020. The person answered the call said it is ok and your side will cancel it. However, I find the service has not cancelled and still charge me. What the hell??? I have checked during the call and your side said I do not need to call your company again.

Hi @calll 

 

Just taking a look at your account the MYOB Essentials subscription for serial number ending in 6984, there is an ending date placed on that subscription for 28/02/2021. As a result of that future-dated cancellation request (Feburary 2021) there will be subscription charges for January 2021 and February 2021 until that subscription has reached its end date of 28/02/2021 (i.e. no charges for March 2021 onwards).
