I don't often have need to contact Myob, but my recent experience is not good.
Originally sent email to accounts@myob.com and exobusiness@myob.com & received a confirmation with a Ticket No.197571 ...At this point, I thought... Excellent!
A week goes past with no response.
Tried buinesssupport@myob.com and my allocated 'Customer Success Manager' and another Ticket No.
Another week goes past with no response.
Tried calling today. Over 45min as next caller in the queue.
Beginning to wonder...is anyone actually alive at Myob and is this normal?
