Hi, Why is it possible to migrate MYOB Essentials to XERO  but not be able to migrate to MYOB Account Right from Essential?

Thank you for your post. The current product offers to migrate from MYOB Essential to MYOB AccountRight. If you have decided to migrate to MYOB AccountRight, we are unable to go back to MYOB Essential because you are on the right track already. MYOB AccountRight has a lot of features, you can check this Helpful Article for more information about MYOB AccountRight.

I have no idea what you have just written as it does not make sense, so can I migrate from essential to accountright desktop version? yes or no?

After reading numerous recent forum replies (from the new team of moderators - old team sacked a few weeks ago) - as well as sending them some messages which have been ignored - my suspicion is we are all dealing with a new AI bot, or rather a team of AI bots. Perfect english yet an apparent element missing in some replies.
