In relation to this alert, https://community.myob.com/t5/Welcome-to-the-Community/Bank-Feed-Delays-03-05-2022/td-p/756280, why is the status.myob.com page still showing all systems are active and online?
I'm subscribed to email alerts for the status. If I'd received an email about the delays I wouldn't have logged in here to check for an alert and wouldn't have wasted the last 30 minutes reading complaints from other users. It only fires up my own frustrations. Log it as a partial outage, send me the email. I'll think "okay, bank feeds are delayed" and move on.
Instead, every time I come to the forum I find more reasons to keep looking at your competitors.

Ahh - that would have saved me the last 30 mins of my life trying to find someone to contact re bank feeds had it actually been on the status page!
would be nice if the Incident Management Team actually took this feedback on board as I have reported the same complaint numerous time before but unfortunately no changes as yet......
